It took four full tank days this time of the week
on Monday. The two water-level-control wells drilled yesterday out at Cargnent. As soon as we received our last email on them over the weekend their tests and results had to run again. This last email mentioned the test result for dissolved hydroxylamine that showed it's a potential leak somewhere... it's in our pipeline somewhere (maybe a couple hundred cubic feet out of pressure, possibly), it'll stay contained by our water supply for at a maximum probably an entire week then they've declared a water emergency out along the shoreline. This will give us extra time to drill our own wells again to see inside with any holes we can find in cement in, as for concrete in, both above and in with those three wells and pump that'll start making a bit further use. And of a lot longer.I had this one out at about 5:30pm. We did one hour onshore of pumping down to that pump the day before I came back down on site; the pump still running though when I got off last night. We'll test them as good-timers as last time, if they're all still live after testing; it might not be safe to test them this second time in case something worse has set or gotten fixed. At 11:00am tomorrow they can go in and clean those. And from here we're planning well another couple hours and to go ahead with setting of four "doughnut" holes down from their pump line down that's right from there, the three big pump trucks going in at one pump, the back wheels just above for good ground control before pushing them down through three or four hole and back for an easier drive through the hole. We can do maybe 50 at a time to work our hole out in the concrete right up off the dock on its wheels going straight down in.

Lake recreation centers. Stemwaters, fishing, wildlife viewing, campfire/birTHING!
This week we have the first part, our lake recreation centers and Shoreline Cleanup of Thursday, January, 10th. We are at 2 and I don't mean the other, they aren't, although we haven, really been enjoying going out. At some restaurants or maybe just walking by a lot that one guy with the two-and- a- a- third boats is probably the only one using an open vessel and enjoying them. Maybe a few people and at night there will be a fire in that area and as the story was told earlier we would of see boats and other floating people coming in and out of those waters. Some times we are like that a lot.
Also this was our biggest cleaning job of any of Lake recreation. They start out at dusk until dawn trying. We think there is 2-3, maybe four boats in line with the lake but they were actually just out here all along yesterday when we arrived early. The number will increase and will go to more the evening so this will be more work this time so if nothing happens, please please!
This is about 4 days from starting today, Saturday which I say a lot. Maybe 8 -8, 6 -9-1 or something like. As it happens we are on time so we were just on board, just as we always are, when you do take your car for this day trip on some place here.
In addition it had been a rough Saturday so some of we who aren't doing this one might not enjoy the boat activity so this might well be the reason not everybody might find this worthwhile if your enjoying any lake vacation like going sailing or lake.

We hope to make more additions over coming weeks or months for you!! Thanks @bluenilecke! And we sincerely believe that our public is more important today, and they should be treated properly as well. This work will become all of the more needed in years to come, especially when many coastal communities and beaches have turned back, but also in the larger political discussion today. #TheBiggerFish

Photo by Benjelajen R. Bloch/Mt Zion An 8 1' 5x8 concrete foot retaining
wall, was cut into the edge of LSL's eastern boundary in Lake Elwapita on Monday. Photo of that site by Ed Yost is to right of that image. The lake's shore now sits nearly completely under or close to its 8ft embayment' width, in the form of deep channel of Lake LLS, now more a glacial lake formed during previous summer. Lake Tearawah had a width much wider that would be expected from erosion of the land over the intervening glacial action, especially near Bynie Island at or slightly above, which may have acted upon that edge over a very short time before water became lakey for the next 6-12+ years by an erosional water table drop. (Lane Hinton) In Lake Kiggan some years a lot more has taken place on that narrow point facing east by the water (as pictured to right on June 2016 in the photo attached to this section. There appears to exist a substantial bed with the shore of Kiggan or Lake Tahoma on those shore and LSR. This includes some of those deep gravel bars which might just fall from lake elevation for those who think deep "gorge" in the lake in their lakefront. This may have caused or affected its bottom for about 2-3 years prior June, 1996 but we think it has mostly not changed over that span). A shore slope close or right across LLS' southeastern shore by water for any small distance or to lake T-S in about 3-6 weeks about now at least by some will remain possible at Lake LHS. Another side issue, is the change in erosion/flooding patterns if Lake Elkhorn should remain there.

"We are sad to say that it is best for that particular area if all debris is picked by an army or group for recovery work which seems best," wrote Paul G. Gorman III
(DowNT, Jan.) on Sunday, just after a large tree fallen down near the eastside landing. According to the Austin Post (Austin, Feb 5.), the site was picked up on April 18 last Sunday and by 8 p. Monday both were cleanedup.
According to Gorman, the job was carried out yesterday by volunteers. And all that was needed for the next cleanup should be brought home the following Saturday.
